基于APDL的塔式起重机有限元参数化建模与分析

摘    要:为了快速高效地建立大量塔式起重机的有限元模型,结合C#语言和ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL开发了一种面向塔机对象的有限元参数化建模程序,并利用该程序对塔机的疲劳寿命进行了分析。分析结果表明,该程序能够提高有限元模型的建模效率,为塔机的安全评估提供了合理的参考依据,并为类似问题的解决提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:In order to establish a large number of tower crane finite element models quickly,a parametric modeling program oriented to tower crane object was proposed,and it was used to calculate the tower crane's fatigue life.The result shows that,the program which combines the C# language with the secondary development tool APDL provided by ANSYS,improves the modeling efficiency,provides a reasonable basis for tower crane safety and puts forward a new method to solve the similar issues.
