| 摘 要： | 拆卸是废旧产品中零部件再制造及材料回收再利用的重要环节，拆卸过程规划的目的就是为了寻找最优的拆卸序列。这里以Petri网为工具，建立了包括零部件回收价值及拆卸成本在内的产品拆卸Petri网模型，对模型进行求解，得到了满足需求约束的最佳拆卸序列。

| Abstract: | Disassembly planning is an important role in the components remanu fa ctures and material recycle. The objection of disassembly process planning is to find optimal or near optimal sequence. based on disassembly precedence matrix a nd Petri nets, a disassembly Petri nets (DPN) model that includes recovery value and disassembly cost was established. The optimal disassembly sequence that sat isfied the requirement constraints was gained by computing the model. |
