摘    要:针对国内便携式X射线荧光仪存在的功能不强、稳定性差、功耗偏大等问题,采用合理的微机化学方案和X射线荧光谱稳定技术,研制CD—4微机化X射线荧光仪。性能测试及应用表明:该仪器功能强、稳定性好、功耗低,具有国内同类仪器的先进水平.

Abstract:By using a better microcomputerized method and an X ray fluorescence spectrum stabilizedtechnique , CD-4 microcomputerized X ray fluorescence analyzer is developed. The problems ex-isting in portable X ray fluorescence analyzer in our country have been sloved,such as lessfunctions, worse stability and a little higher power consuming.Test and application show thatit is of perfect functions , good stability and lower power consuming. It is advanced among sametype instruments in our country.(
