印尼某地难分离铜铅锌多金属矿选矿技术研究

摘    要:对印尼某地难选铅锌铜多金属矿进行了系统的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。该矿中黄铜矿与黄铁矿(磁黄铁矿)、闪锌矿共生关系密切,嵌布粒度较细,部分黄铜矿呈微细粒乳滴状于闪锌矿中,造成黄铜矿难以同方铅矿一起被优先浮出;闪锌矿易浮难抑制。经多方案试验确定宜采用优先选铅,其最终闭路试验获得铅品位61.65%、铅回收率81.64%的铅精矿,锌品位50.29%、锌回收率93.78%的锌精矿。

Abstract:Systematic study on difficult separation minerals with copper-lead-zinc in Indonesia.Chalcopyrite in the ore is closed symbiotic with pyrite(pyrrhotite) and sphalerite,fine inbuilt,many of the chalcopyrite is milk dropleted in the sphalerite,which made pyrite floated priority with galena but sphalerite is difficult to be inhibited.With many test selection,results of closed-circuit test is 61.65% of the lead and 81.64% of the recovery,50.29% of the zinc and 93.78% of the recovery.
