摘    要:利用有限元分析法对压缩机一级出口管线进行了模态分析,并通过压缩机输出频率与现场实际测量数据的对比分析,得出管网振动剧烈的原因,提出改造方案。最后利用谐响应分析,验证了改造方案的可行性。

Abstract:Using Finite element method, the modes of the first section exit pipe line of the compressor have been analysed in this paper. By comparing the output frequency of compressor with the local measured data, the reason of strong vibration of pipeline was found, and then the change method was put forward. Finally, the feasibility of the change method was tested by the harmonic response analysis.
