摘    要:对广东电网广州花都供电局110kV梯面变电站10kV馈线F5故障跳闸的原因进行了详细的分析,认为小水电站并网发电后甩负荷致使用户电压升高是事故的主要原因,为此,从技术和管理两方面提出了具体的整改措施,强调调度中心必须加强对地方小水电的调度管理,制定相应的调度管理制度,才能避免此类事故的发生。

Abstract:This paper detailedly analyzes an accident of 110 kV Timian Substation under Guangzhou Huadu Power Supply Bureau,in which some power consuming equipments of customers were damaged due to the overvoltage after a 10 kV feeder connected with small hydropower units tripped upon faults.It is concluded that the lack of overvoltage protection for small hydropower generators is the cause of the voltage overshoot.Countermeasures are presented in terms of technology and management.It is stressed that the dispatch center should strengthen the dispatch management of local small hydropower stations and constitute corresponding dispatch management system,so that similar accidents can be avoided.
