基于ANSYS的差动式位移放大机构性能分析

摘    要:柔性铰链具有无空回、无摩擦、无间隙、无噪声、无磨损、运动灵敏度高等特点.基于柔性铰链设计了一种针对超磁致驱动器的差动式位移放大机构,并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对位移放大机构进行仿真分析.分析结果表明,位移放大机构的放大倍数较大,强度满足要求,动态特性较好.设计的位移放大机构对高精度、大行程输出的精密驱动器件的实现具有参考价值.

Abstract:Flexure hinge has the advantages of no backlash,no friction,no clearance,no noise,no ware and high motion sensitivity.The differential displacement amplifier based on flexure hinge is designed for the giant magnetostrictive actuator and the finite element analysis software-ANSYS is used for simulation.The result indicates that the amplification of the differential displacement amplifier is large,the strength can meet demand,and the dynamic characteristic is also good.The design has reference value for the driven devices of high precision and large travel.
