Safety Monitoring Design for the First Stage Across Yellow River Project on East Line of South-to-North Water Transfer Project

In this paper introduced are the safety monitoring items and monitoring arrangement for the structures of the first stage across the Yellow River project on the east line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The tunnel across the Yellow River and the Yellow River levee are two objects which will be given emphasis to in monitoring so that the project safety can be guaranteed during construction and operation. The design plan of monitoring station and monitoring system is presented.
