摘    要:前人研究并使用过粘土单液法和粘土双液法堵剂封堵地层大孔道 ,但未对钙土的二次利用进行研究。在研究钙土活化利用的基础上 ,提出了钙土 聚丙烯酰胺 碳酸钠三液法复合堵剂。主要研究了适用于潍坊钙土的离子交换剂以及钙土转化为钠土对封堵效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,碳酸钠是潍坊钙土较理想的活化剂 ,钙土的活化利用可大大提高其封堵效果 ,并且钙土 聚丙烯酰胺 碳酸钠三液法复合堵剂的封堵效果已为中原油田的矿场试验所证实。图 1表 4参 6(李克华摘 )

Abstract:Clay as a profile control agent in single fluid method and in double fluid method has been studied and used by some fore engineers, but no reuse of calcium clay has been studied so far. Based on the research of activation utilization of calcium clay, a new complex water shut off agent, calcium clay polyacrylamide sodium carbonate in triple fluid method, is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that sodium carbonate is the ideal activator for Weifang calcium clay and the activation utilization of calcium clay may increase its plugging effect markedly. The plugging effect of complex shutoff agent in triple fluid method is further proved by field tests in Zhongyuan oil field.
