摘    要:海外石油开发项目剩余可采储量快速评价[ 刊]/ 朱九成,汪志明...∥石油勘探与开发.1999,26(5).62 ~64在海外石油开发项目的评价中,剩余可采储量评价是最重要的部分,但评价周期很短而资料有限,评价方法与国内有显著区别。在阅读初步资料阶段,只能根据油田基本特点及一般开发规律,粗略估计剩余可采储量;在阅读资料包阶段,要尽可能采用多种快速概算方法评价剩余可采储量,从不同角度论证关键参数,以提高评价精度,还应分析项目来源( 油田开发难度大,缺乏开发资金,政治原因,经济效益差) ,进一步评价风险。对于已脱气、油藏压力大大下降的海外老油田,改用注水方式开采增产幅度有限,应慎重选择开发方式;同时,应将资料包提供的计算参数校正为当前油藏条件下的。当海外油田累积采出量与测算剩余可采储量之间有矛盾时,应从储量计算标准、产量计量方法和剩余可采储量测算方法等多方面分析原因。基础油产量涉及巨大的商业利益,应充分论证基础油递减率计算参数;海外老油田作业成本一般随油田开发时间增长而增大,要按经济极限产量来评价剩余可采储量。图1 参3(王孝陵摘

Abstract:Evaluation of remaining recoverable reserves is the most important part in appraisal of overseas petroleum development projects. However, the time period for evaluation is always very limit and the data are commonly not enough. Furthermore, there is great difference in methods between China and the overseas market. In the stage with preliminary data, the remaining recoverable reserves can only be roughly estimated according to the fundamental characteristics of the specific field and the general law of oil development. After review of the standard data package, various quick evaluation methods should be applied to evaluate remaining recoverable reserves and critical data should be confirmed in various perspectives in order to increase the precision of appraisal. Furthermore, the source of projects (challenge in technology, lack of fund or political reason) should be analyzed to further evaluate the project risk. For mature oil field developed under natural drive with its reservoir pressure far below the saturation pressure, the production increase due to water flooding is marginal and the selection of drive methods should be serious. At the same time, the parameters in the data package may be reflecting the condition of the field some time ago and should be corrected to the current reservoir conditions. If there are some inconsistencies between cumulative production and predicted remaining recoverable reserves, the reason may be in cut off variation to calculate reserves, in prediction measure mistake or in the way to predict remaining recoverable reserves. Base oil is always with tremendous commercial value and the decline parameters to calculate base oil should be confirmed in various ways. More over, the operating cost for overseas EOR projects is always increasing with time, so remaining recoverable reserves should be evaluated with economic limit production.
