影响我国天然气工业发展速度的几个问题

我国拥有３８×１０１２ｍ３的天然气资源量，目前探明率仅为４．４％；国内还拥有广阔的天然气需求市场，到２０２０年年消费量将超过１２００×１０８ｍ３。然而，近年来天然气工业的发展速度仍十分缓慢。当务之急是要认清天然气必将成为世界经济和中国经济发展中重要的替代能源、我国天然气资源潜力巨大、市场需求迅速增长这三个基本事实，进一步理顺政府与企业、供方与需方、探明储量与控制储量这三个基本关系，处理好勘探开发和产品销售两个重要环节，解决好异常高压带找气和古隆起找气这两个重大地质问题，才能促进我国天然气工业高速发展，为国民经济可持续发展战略提供可靠的能源保障。

Some factors affecting the development of China's natural gas industry.

China possesses 3810 12 m3 of natural gas resources, but only 4.4% of which is proven. China also has a vast gas consuming market, and the annual consumption is expected to be over 120010 8 m3 in the year of 2020. But the development of natural gas industry in recent years has been very slow. To speed up the development of natural gas in China and provide a reliable resource guarantee for the sustainable development of national economy, the first we should do is to understand three basic facts: natural gas will become an important substitute energy in economic development both in China and the world; China possesses vast resource potential; and domestic market demand for gas is increasing rapidly. The second we should do is to sort out the relationship b regions. The third is to well handle the exploration, development and sails of natural gas. Finally, we shall solve two major geological issues: to discovery gas resource in abnormal pressure regions and in palaeohigh between government and enterprise, suppliers and demanders, proven reserves and probable reserves.
