摘    要:以对甲酚为原料,经对甲苯甲醚、对甲氧基苄基溴,再与腺嘌呤缩合,合成了N~6,N~9-二(对甲氧基苄基)腺嘌呤和N~6,N~6,N~9-三(对甲氧基苄基)腺嘌呤,利用红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱等检测手段对化合物的结构进行了表征,用萝卜子叶增重法测定了化合物的细胞分裂索活性,证明了2种对甲氧基苄基腺嘌呤类化合物都具有生物活性.

Abstract:Two new compounds,N~6,N~9-di(p-methoxybenzyl)adenine and,N~6,N~9,N~9-tri(p-methoxybenzyl)adenine,are synthesized by three steps of reactions as follows:from 4-methoxytoluene to 4-methylanisole,then to 4-methoxybenzyl bromide,and finally the prepared product condense with adenine.Their structures are characterized by IR,1H-NMR and MS,their activities of eytokinina are determined with radish cotyledons weight adding method,and the results prove that P-methoxybenzyl adenine derivatives have bioactivities.
