基于DEA对抗型交叉评价法的供暖设备综合效益评价

目的研究科学合理的方法评价供暖设备的综合效益，指导供暖设备的选择．方法使用DEA对抗型交叉评价法，以8种供暖设备为例对其综合效益进行评价．构建供暖设备的DEA对抗型交叉评价模型，计算求解供暖设备的DEA对抗型交叉评价矩阵，得到供暖设备综合效益评价的优序．结果得到8种供暖模式综合效益评价的优劣排序．结论利用DEA对抗型交叉评价法对供暖设备综合效益进行评价，所得结论符合现阶段我国城市供暖设备发展趋势，与实际情况相吻合．DEA对抗型交叉评价法继承了DEA处理大量输入／输出数据问题时不需要人为给定各指标权重等方面的优点．同时评价模型处理数据避免了DEA对权重的处理不当，以及评价结果不能有效地区分诸决策单元优劣的问题，使得对供暖设备的评价更客观和科学．

An Evaluation and Research on Comprehensive Benefits of Heating Equipment Based on DEA Confrontational Cross-Evaluation

This paper directs the choice of heating equipment in order to study the scientific and reasonable methods and evaluate the efficiency of heating equipment. The paper takes the currently frequently-used heating equipment for objects, with the method of DEA Confrontational Cross-evaluation. This paper evaluates the effectiveness by taking eight kinds of heating equipment for examples. The paper establishes DEA Confrontational Cross-evaluation model of heating equipment and gets the sequence of eight kinds of the efficiency of heating equipment by counting a DEA-confrontational cross-evaluation matrix of heating equipment. It is in line with the trend of the urban development of heating equipment, with the actual situation to use DEA Confrontational Cross-evaluation model and calculate the model to evaluate the efficiency of heating equipment. DEA Confrontational Cross-evaluation integrates the advantages of DEA, which breaks through the limitations of requirements to give the weight by people when handles a large number of input/ output date. The method not only avoids DEA improper handling of the weights,but also solves the evaluation results which can＇t distinguish between strengths and weaknesses of various decision-making units effectively, with the result of making more scientific conclusions.
