摘    要:木质素是聚氨酯合成革中优良的填充剂,其赋予了聚氨酯合成革特殊的物理性能和加工性能,可降低成本。不同的木质素筛余物对木质素/聚氨酯共混体的黏度及聚氨酯合成革的剥离强度有一定的影响,当木质素筛余物质量分数控制在5.5%~6.5%,能得到较佳的作用效果。

Abstract:Lignin is excellent filler in polyurethane synthetic leather, which gives the special physical properties and processing performance to polyurethane (PU) synthetic leather, and reduces costs. Different lignin screen tailings have a certain impact to the viscosity of lignin/PU blending and the peel strength of PU synthetic leather. The effect of lignin screen tailings on the viscosity and the peel strength of PU synthetic leather were studied. The ideal amount of screen tailings was 5.5%-6.5% (mass fraction) for the lignin/PU blending.
