吹风气回收系统蒸汽过热器的技术改造

摘    要:介绍了造气吹风气回收系统工艺流程、工艺指标、主要设备;对影响蒸汽过热器使用寿命的主要因素进行了分析;提出了采用外供过热蒸汽、120~140m/s高蒸汽流速、12CrMor管材、蒸汽过热器换热管串联布置等生产保护技改措施,对比了蒸汽过热器改造前后生产运行效果。结果表明:4台犯400mm煤气炉产气量可增加氨产量7~8t/d,折成碳酸氢铵增产28~32t/d,且每年节约标煤600t,减少开支24万元。
