节气门位置信号检测方法研究

摘    要:摩托车电喷发动机中,节气门开度是点火和喷油脉谱的重要输入参数之一,且运动方向和速度是加减速过渡工况的点火和喷油修正依据。论文提出了滑动变阻器和编码盘两种检测方式,分析了各种参数检测方法。在电喷系统开发中,两种方式均进行了应用,但滑动变阻器长期使用易磨损,而编码盘和光电器件之间运动副不接触,实践证明其稳定、可靠,也可为节气门手柄、制动踏板等位置检测提供借鉴。

Abstract:Throttle angle is one of the important parameters to get ignition time and injection pulse-width in the maps in electric fuel injection system( EFI)for motorcycle engine, and modification of ignition time and injection pulse - width on transient condition is based on direction and velocity of throttle motion. This paper presents two kinds of ways, using slide rheostat and coded disk, to test and measure position of throttle, and analyzes the testing and measuring methods of all kinds of parameters. The two kinds of ways have been put into practice in the development of EFI systems. Slide rheostat is easily worn away, but kinetic pairs of coded disk and optoelectronic devices do not touch each other, the stability and reliability of its application have been ver- ified by the practice. This can provide reference for position testing of throttle handle and brake pedal etc.
