基于KIVA和SYSNOISE的柴油机燃烧振荡数值模拟计算

摘    要:为研究内燃机燃烧噪声产生的机理,建立了能描述燃烧室结构特征的声模态计算模型。利用FORTRAN语言进行编程,将KIVA源程序与声-振软件SYSNOISE相结合,开展多点激励下的燃烧室燃烧压力振荡的计算。初步研究了燃烧室空腔模态及压力场的特性和变化规律。研究结果表明,燃烧室空腔模态随着发动机工作过程气体温度的急剧上升而增大,燃烧压力振荡开始于燃烧初期的预混合燃烧并随喷油提前角的增加而增大。

Abstract:There is still no definite theory about the role because of complicacy of the acoustic wave in cylinder during combustion. Base on the characters of the chamber, an acoustic model is built. Coupled with kiva and acoustic software SYSNOISE by fortran language, the responses of pressure wave is calculated in the combustion chamber under multi-point stimulation. Preliminary studying on the pressure field's character is carried out. It is found that the modes of combustion chamber rise up with the chamber temperature. The results indicate that the pressure oscillation starts from the premixed combustion and the pressure rise up with the fuel injection timing.
