摘    要:采用动力学方法,建立了一个包括减振器和飞轮的某柴油机曲轴系扭振分析模型。着重进行了减振器频率的选定,并对选定减振器频率后的曲轴系扭振行为进行了仿真分析。结果表明,该轴系的扭振指标均在可接受的范围内,扭振行为较好。

Abstract:The torsional vibration model of a diesel crankshaft assembly including the torsional vibration damper and flywheel was built by employing the dynamics method. In order to find the best suitable natural frequency of torsional vibration damper for crankshaft, the optimization of torsional vibration damper were performed in detail. The torsional behavior of the crankshaft assembly with the optimal torsional vibration damper was simulated. The result shows that the torsional vibration of the cranktrain is acceptable and satisfactory.
