两级涡流增压器的匹配仿真

摘    要:利用GT-power软件对两级涡轮增压器的匹配及其特性进行了研究。在现有的压气机MAP的基础上为发动机配上压气机,而涡轮是采用DOE对入口直径和效率进行优化来达到压气机和发动机的匹配。结果表明,两级涡轮增压器在燃油消耗率和转矩方面相对于单级的增压器都有明显的优势,且标定转速下,功率可从155 kW提高到192 kW。

Abstract:The matching of two-stage turbocharger and its variable condition characteristics was researched with the GT-power software. Based on the existing compressor MAP, the engine was matched by the compressor, and the turbine was optimized by using DOE and by inputting the efficiency and diameter to achieve the matching between the turbocharger and the engine. The results show that in terms of torque and fuel consumption, the two-stage tnrbocharger has an obvious advantage. At the rated speed, power can be increased from 155 kW to 192 kW.
