| 摘 要： | 尺寸链变异质量问题因影响因素多,需统计分析的数据量大的特点,采用传统的关键质量特性检验的方法,耗费大量的人力物力,往往还是找不到造成问题的主要原因,而采用基于Mintab专业分析软件的过程能力计算功能,可对大量数据进行针对性的统计分析,从而找到造成问题的主要原因,为下一步的改进,提供数据支撑。

| Abstract: | Because of many factors affecting quality issues about dimension chain variation and a large number of data necessary to count and analyze,using traditional inspecting method to key quality feature,even if a number of labors and materials are wasted,the main reasons leading to problem can not be found.Using calculating function of process capability based on Mintab specialized analysis software can make pointed analysis of a number of data and find the main reasons to give a data support for further improvement. |
