| 摘 要： | 基于flowmaster软件对发动机润滑系统进行优化设计,针对试验中出现的问题进行分析及处理,制定整改方案,进行试验验证等,计算并分析影响润滑系统的主要零部件,并对机油流量及各油道压力进行分析优化,通过使用flowmaster软件对发动机润滑系统的优化,解决拉缸故障,也较好地检验了flowmaster软件在工程中实际的应用价值。

| Abstract: | The optimized design of engine lubrication system is performed based on the Flowmaster software in this paper. The problems during test are analyzed and tackled. Meanwhile, an improvement solution is presented, and the test validation is also conducted. The main components to affect lubrication system are calculated and analyzed. Furthermore, the oil flow and oil pressure distribution are optimized. The scratching failure can be solved by optimizing the engine lubrication system using the Flowmaster software. Also, the practical application of flowmaster software in the engineering is validated. |
