摘    要:在微波辐射条件下研究了棕榈酸异辛酯的合成。以棕榈酸,2-乙基己醇(异辛醇)为原料,以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,其最佳合成条件为:醇酸摩尔比为3∶2,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为30 min,催化剂的质量分数为0.17%(以原料总质量计质量分数),酯化率可达99%。与常规加热方法相比,具有反应温度低,时间短,能耗低等优点。

Abstract:2-Ethylhexyl palmitate was synthesized by microwave irradiation with palmitic acid,isooctanol as raw material and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The yield is 99% when the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 3∶2,reaction temperature is 110 ℃,reaction time is 30 minutes,mass fraction of catalyst is 0.17%(based on total mass of reactants) and water-carrying reagent is added.By contrast with the conventional heating method,this method is better with short reaction time,convenient operation and high yield.
