ZTM陶瓷表面机加工损伤的初步研究

摘    要:本文对热压烧结ZTM/SiCp陶瓷的表面机加工损伤及其对材料强度的影响进行了研究,发现机加工在陶瓷表面引入两类损伤,即机加工裂纹及机加工表面残余应力。材料在机加工后强度下降较大,而机加工后的退火处理则可以使强度有所提高。

Abstract:The surface machining damage and its effect on the strength of mullite - based hot - pressed sintered ZTM/SiCpceramics were studied. The machining induces two effects on the surface of ceramics: machining cracks andmachining surface residual compressive stress. The strength has bigger deterioration after machined, but afterannealing, the strength of machined samples would be improved.
