| 摘 要： | 本文对热压烧结ＺＴＭ／ＳｉＣｐ陶瓷的表面机加工损伤及其对材料强度的影响进行了研究，发现机加工在陶瓷表面引入两类损伤，即机加工裂纹及机加工表面残余应力。材料在机加工后强度下降较大，而机加工后的退火处理则可以使强度有所提高。

| Abstract: | The surface machining damage and its effect on the strength of mullite - based hot - pressed sintered ZTM/SiCpceramics were studied. The machining induces two effects on the surface of ceramics: machining cracks andmachining surface residual compressive stress. The strength has bigger deterioration after machined, but afterannealing, the strength of machined samples would be improved. |
