| 摘 要： | 青年知识分子是国家强盛、企业振兴的希望之所在.因此,做好青年知识分子工作,制定和完善青年知识分子的培养政策,坚持不懈地实施青年知识分子培养工程,努力改善青年知识分子的工作环境,完善适应青年知识分子发展的激励机制,激发他们的积极性和创造性,对企业的生存与发展具有极其重要的意义和不可替代的作用.

| Abstract: | Young intellectuals are the hope of a powerful and prosperous enterprise and nation.So making a success of young intellectual work is extremely significant and irreplaceable to enterprise existence and development.To be specific,the work includes formulating and perfecting training policy for them,sticking to implementing training engineering for them,making efforts to improve their working environment,perfecting the stimulating mechanism adapting to their growth and arousing their enthusiasm and creation. |
