THJ-2型高级过程控制系统中锅炉内胆液位的PID控制

摘    要:介绍了锅炉内胆液位的PID控制与MCGS组态软件在THJ-2型高级过程控制系统中的应用,对锅炉内胆液位控制的P,PI,PID调节器在改变参数的情况下进行仿真分析,结果表明在比例积分控制的基础上加入了微分D控制,加快了系统的响应速度,但同时也降低了系统的稳定性.

Abstract:This paper introduces the PID control of the water level of boiler inside wall,and the application of MCGS software in THJ-2 advanced process control system.By simulating analysis on the P,PI,and PID adjustors for water level control of boiler inside wall under the condition of changing parameters,the results show that adding D differential coefficient to proportional integral control increases system response speed,and decreases system stability as well.
