| 摘 要： | 介绍了使用质子弹性散射测定大气气溶胶样品中的氢，使用质子透射能量损失测定样品的总质量和使用质子X荧光测定采在不同滤膜上的气溶胶样品化学成分的分析方法。结果表明，多种离子束分析技术的组合使用，为大气气溶胶研究提供了十分重要和有用的工具。 |

| Abstract: | The concentration of H element is measured using PESA method, the total mass is determined by PTEL analysis and the concentrations for about 20 elements are obtained with PIXE for the atmospheric aerosol samples collected on mylar or quartz film. It is shown that the IBA (ion beam analysis) is an important and powerful tool for the study of atmospheric aerosol. |
