混合动力挖掘机轴系扭振测试

摘    要:以6t混合动力挖掘机动力系统相关技术参数为设计依据,建立了混合动力挖掘机轴系扭振测试实验台,提出了轴系扭振测试方案.对不同油门开度下轴系的最大扭转角进行了实验测试和分析.实验结果表明:扭振是轴系的固有特性;不同转速下轴系的最大扭转角均发生在2f0(f0为混合动力轴系的工作转频)处,表明引起轴系扭振的激励频率为2f0;不同转速下轴系扭振的激励频率主要集中在0.5,0~2.0f0,表明高频激励对轴系的扭振贡献很小;混合动力系统轴系扭振产生的主要激励源是柴油机,而不是电动机.

Abstract:According to design specifications of 6-toonage excavator hybrid-powered system, a testing platform, together with relevant testing schemes, is initially first established for torsion-vibration tests on hybrid excavators. Thereafter, the maximum shafting torsion angles under different throttle apertures are tested and analyzed. Eventually, it is found from experimental results that the torsion-vibration is the inherent shafting characteristic,whereas the maximum shafting torsion angle with different rotary speeds occurs in 2f0, i. e. the exciting frequency of shafting torsion-vibration from 0.5f0 to 2f0. As well, it is indicated that the high-frequency excitations impact litter on shafting torsion-vibration. To this end, the exciting source of shafting torsion - vibration derives from diesel engines rather than motors.
