粘钢技术在溢流坝弧形闸门加固中的应用

摘    要:钢闸门使用一定年限后会发生锈蚀,使闸门的强度相应降低。钢闸门加固普遍采用焊接的方法。大量施焊,会产生焊接变形和焊接内应力,对闸门产生不利影响。采用粘钢技术对钢闸门进行加固补强,能够避免或减小焊接变形和焊接内应力,是一种较好的加固措施。

Abstract:The steel gate will occur corrosion after using for certain years and the strength of the gate is reduced accordingly. The reinforcement for steel gate widely adopts the method of welding.With a large number of welding, the welding deformation and internal stress will accur, which will have detrimental effects on steel gate.The welding deformation and stress will be reduced or avoided by using bonding steel technology to reinforce and strengthen steel gate, this is a better measure of reinforcement.
