江汉油田供暖锅炉存在的问题及解决措施

冬季供暖工作是一项重要的"暖民工程",江汉石油管理局每年为此承担着高额的能耗成本支出。每年锅炉综合能耗达9.5万吨标煤,占油田三个社区全年能耗量的95%以上,能耗成本占到社区供暖费用总支出的78%。在实践中,根据现有环境进行技术引进和技术改造,大大降低了锅炉的能耗,减少了烟尘和S02等污染物排放,提升了供暖质量。

Solving the Problems of Heating Boilers in Jianghan Oil Field

Heating supply is a very important job for people＇s well being. Jianghan Petroleum Administration Bureau pays quite a lot for energy consumption costs each year. Energy consumption of boilers reaches 95 thousand tons of standard coal per year accounting for over 95% of the total consumption of the three com- munities in Jianghan. The costs eat up 78 % of gross expenditure on communities＂ heating supply. As a series of improved techniques are introduced and put into work, boilers＂ energy consumption is largely reduced a- long with less pollutions such as smoke and SO2 emission, and heating efficiency is greatly improved.
