国产P9无缝钢管的性能分析及应用

根据国产石油裂化用P9铁索体合金无缝钢管的研制过程，以正火＋回火和等温退火两种热处理方式对P9产品室温性能、瞬时高温拉伸性能、高温持久蠕变性能以及微观组织形貌进行分析。并把试验数据、主要化学成分控制水平、高温持久强度和应用业绩与进口管实物质量进行对比，结果表明国产P9铁素体合金无缝钢管产品能满足美国材料与试验学会标准ASTMA335的要求，产品质量达到了国外先进水平，可替代进口产品。

Study on Performances of Domestic P9 Seamless Steel Tubes and Application

Based upon the development of P9 ferrite alloy seamless steel tubes for petroleum cracking operation, the performance in room temperature, the ductility under transient high temperature, creep resistance under constant high temperature, and microscopic morphology of P9 product were studied. The laboratory data, main controlled chemical compositions, strength under high temperature and supply experience were compared with those of imported products. The results show that the domestic P9 ferrite alloy seamless steel tubes have met all requirements of ASTM A335 standard, the product quality is at leading - edge level of the world and it can replace the imported products.
