摘    要:论述了回收利用天然气调压工艺冷能的意义,压缩天然气加气站的组成与功能,压缩天然气加气站中压缩机组的工艺流程,压缩机冷却系统的作用、冷却介质的选取、对冷却系统的要求。提出了利用高压天然气调压工艺冷能的压缩机组冷却工艺,分析了该工艺的技术经济性。

Abstract:The meaning of recovery and utilization of technology cold energy from natural gas pressure regulation, the composition and functions of CNG filling station, the process flow of compressor unit, the application of compressor cooling system, the selection of cooling media and the requirement for the cooling system are discussed. The cooling process of compressor unit by using technology cold energy from natural gas pressure regulation is put forward, and the techno-economic efficiency of this process is analyzed.
