摘    要:广东某选厂铜铅混合精矿用常规浮选方法分离困难,严重影响企业效益。为此,针对矿石性质和磨矿特性,找到了一种分离该难选铜铅混合精矿的新方法。试验采用高频振动细筛先将混合精矿分级,然后对+0.088mm筛上粒级进行摇床重选,对-0.088mm筛下粒级以CMC和亚硫酸钠与水玻璃作联合抑制剂、以Z-200作捕收剂进行抑铅浮铜,有效地解决了该铜铅混合精矿的分离难题,小型试验得到了含铜24.15%、含铅3.68%的铜精矿和含铅63.70%、含铜1.90%的铅精矿,工业试验铜精矿含铜22.35%、含铅4.02%,铅精矿含铅60.31%、含铜2.79%。试验结果对同类型中小矿山有参考价值。

Abstract:It was difficult to separate the copper-lead mixed concentrate of a copper concentrator in Guangdong Province by the conventional flotation method,which had seriously affected the enterprise's benefit.Therefore,in light of the ore property and its grinding characteristics,investigation was made to find a new method for separating this refractory copper-lead mixed concentrate.The tests showed that this challenge could be effectively solved by classification of the mixed concentrate using high frequency vibrating fine screen.The +0.088 mm oversize fraction of screening was treated by gravity separation using tables and the-0.088 mm undersize fraction was treated by flotation.In the flotation,CMC,Na_2SO_4 and Na_2SiO_3 were used in combination to depress the lead mineral and Z200 collector was adopted to float the copper mineral.The pilot test obtained a copper concentrate containing 24.15% copper and 3.68% lead and a lead concentrate containing 63.70% lead and 1.90% copper and the industrial test obtained a copper concentrate containing 22.35% copper and(4.02%) lead and a lead concentrate containing 60.31% lead and 2.79% copper,which is of reference value to small and medium-sized similar mines.
