| 摘 要： | 频谱分析表明,标准测试浪涌波的能量主要分布在低频部分,但其高频部分的能量也是不容忽视的。为了进行可靠的浪涌保护以及满足电磁兼容的要求,压敏电阻与瞬态二极管进行浪涌抑制是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | The analysis of frequency spectrum of standard test surges shows that the main energy of the waveforms is at low frequency,but the energy at high frequency should be also considered. In order to suppress surges reliably and meet the requirements for EMC of the electronic devices,the metal-oxide varistor and transient voltage suppression(TVS) are necessary. |
