彩色不锈钢板电化学褪膜工艺研究

摘    要:研究了着色生产中出现的不均匀彩色不锈钢板的电化学褪膜技术。通过褪膜试样的表面光泽度及再着色性能两方面,评价褪膜工艺的优劣。通过光反射率法和质量损失速率法确定最佳褪膜配方,并探讨了温度、电流密度对褪膜试样表面光泽度的影响。分别检测了褪膜后再着色试样的色差、耐蚀性及耐磨性,结果显示,褪膜再着色试样的色差小于0. 7,腐蚀速率为11. 5831 g/ (m2·h),耐摩擦次数达1950 次,与常规着色试样的性能相当,表明褪膜试样的再着色能力优良。

Abstract:The film-fading technology by electrolytic process of uneven colored stainless steel plate in the production process was studied. The quality of film-fading technology was evaluated by brightness of sample and performance of recolored film-fading sample. The suitable solution of film-fading technology was evaluated by mass loss rate method and optical reflectance method, effect of temperature and current density on optical reflectance ratio of film-fading samples were discussed; The color uniformity, corrosion resistance, crocking resistance of recolored film-fading sample were tested. The experimental results show that the color difference is less than 0. 7, the weightlessness corrosion rate is 11. 5831 g/ (m2·h), the rubbing times up to 1950. They all indicate that the performance of recolored film-fading sample is as excellent as the conventional coloring sample.
