摘    要:重油催化裂化装置"反应再生—分馏—吸收稳定"三大系统工艺流程多、设备结构复杂、腐蚀问题突出.为了保障装置的安全运行,在装置检修前,按催化工艺流程和设备运行情况,首先提前划分出腐蚀回路;其次提出检修期前主动识别出隐患风险部位,再根据腐蚀风险部位采取对应的检查检测方法;最后用在线测厚或电场矩阵技术监测、脉冲涡流检测技术等制...

Abstract:Heavy oil catalytic unit comprises reaction regeneration system,fractionation system and absorption stabilization system,which suffers from long process flow,complicated structure and prominent corrosion problems.In order to ensure the operation of the device,corrosion circuit is firstly divided in advance based on catalytic process flow and operation condition before equipment maintenance.Then,it is advised to identify potential risk parts and perform inspections accordingly.Finally,technologies are proposed for developing inspection scheme,such as online thickness measurement,electric field matrix technology and pulse eddy current technology.
