摘    要:某天然气净化装置尾气焚烧余热锅炉换热管发生腐蚀泄漏。采用外观检查、无损检测、腐蚀产物成分分析和形貌观察等手段对余热锅炉换热管进行检测分析,结果表明,该尾气焚烧余热锅炉换热管的腐蚀失效是硫酸露点腐蚀及硫酸盐共同作用的结果。提出了空气吹扫、干燥氮气保护、修改焚烧炉底部设计和稳定操作等防护措施。

Abstract:Corrosion leakage occurred at the heat exchange pipe in a waste heat boiler of tail gas incineration in a natural gas purification plant.Then the pipes were tested and analyzed by means of appearance inspection,nondestructive testing,corrosion product composition analysis and morphology observation.The results showed that the failure of heat exchange pipes was mainly caused by the dew point corrosion of low temperature sulfuric acid and sulphate.Furthermore,protective measures such as air purge,dry nitrogen protection,modification of incinerator bottom design,and stable operation were put forward.
