摘    要:某催化裂化装置吸收塔中段冷却器出现腐蚀内漏和螺栓断裂等现象,对冷却器进行宏观检查和现场测厚,并通过分析循坏水水质及流速,再结合设备材质状况,开展了冷却器腐蚀原因分析,分析结果表明:由于循环水流速偏低,冷却器主要发生了循环水垢下腐蚀和微生物腐蚀.从设备材质、工艺介质和工艺操作等方面提出了相应的改进措施,基本上解决了该设备...

Abstract:Corrosion leakage and bolt break occurred at the cooler in the middle section of absorption column in a FCC unit.Macroscopic inspection and thickness measurement were carried out for the cooler.Through the analysis of the quality and flow rate of circulating water,combined with material condition,corrosion causes of the cooler were analyzed.The results showed under-deposit corrosion as well as microbial corrosion existed in the cooler due to the low flow rate of circulating water.Corresponding improvement measures were proposed from the aspects of equipment material,process medium and process operation.As a result,the problem of corrosion leakage in the equipment was basically solved.
