落锤对立柱与安全阀系统冲击的计算

摘    要:通过对人有不同伸出长度的立柱,安全阀系统作不同荷重,不同落体高度的落锤冲击计算,并进行分析,比较,得出:冲击引起液体压力升高某瞬间,立柱上,下端液体压差达7MPa,抗冲击安全阀应置立柱上端;立柱容纳液体越多越好;尺可能将活柱制成无活塞筒状;安全阀阀芯受液压作用面积应尽可能大,以提高其动态响应能力等重要结论。

CALCULATION OF DROP HAMMER IMPACT TO LEG AND SAFETY VALVE
Abstract:Drop hammer impact calculation was conducted to legs of different length and safety valves with various loads and falling heights, and based on analyzing and comparing, it was obtained that: in the moment of hydraulic pressure increasing caused by impact, the pressure difference of liquid reached to 7MPa, impact resistance safety valve should fixed on top of leg; the more liquid contained in leg, the better;the cylinder type leg without piston should be made as for as possible; the spool area of safety valve should be as bigger as possible to increase dynamic response capability.
