摘    要:驱动桥主动螺旋伞齿轮总成装配时,主动螺旋伞齿轮处的轴承要有合适的预紧载荷。为减少该总成频繁拆卸,有效保护锁紧螺母、旋转油封和轴承的精度,利用装配过程模拟挑选出合适高度的隔套,使轴承的预紧载荷值在使用范围之内,达到降低劳动强度和提高装配精度的目的。

Abstract:When spiral bevel pinion assembly in drive axle is installed, there is a proper pre-tightening load at the bearing of spiral bevel pinion.
