大型顶底复吹炼钢转炉振动特性的研究

摘    要:本文提出了复吹转炉模型设计的相似理论,以及通过模型实测,确定系统的优势频带和振动型态,识别系统动态特性的方法。揭示了系统所受的是低频激励,以非线性复模态的形式作随机振动。这些成果对复吹技术的实际应用和转炉设计具有重要意义。

Abstract:The theory of similitude for designing the model of the combined blown converter and the method for determining the dominant frequency bands and the vibration shape of the system, and for identifying the dynamic characteristics of the system are presented in this paper. It is found that the system is subjected to the low-frequency excitation and occurs random vibration in the non-linear complex-mode form. These results have important values for the practical use of com bined blown technique and the design of the converter authors have cold-state vibration testes of a model of the large-scale.
