模糊综合评价法在火电厂安全生产中的应用

摘    要:应用模糊综合评价法,对某火力发电厂进行了安全评价,结果表明火电厂在安全生产管理方面相对较好,而生产设备管理较差。运用最大隶属度得到该火力发电厂安全程度属于好的水平。应用加权平均得到火电厂最终得分为91.42。通过对火力发电厂这个模糊事物定量模糊综合评价,对火电厂安全有较为全面客观的认识,对火电厂的长远发展具有重大意义,同时可为不同电厂安全状况之间比较提供了一个可借鉴的评价方法。

Abstract:Through appling fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the safety assessment of a thermal power plant was conducted.The results show that the thermal power plant is in relatively good safety management,while the production facilities are less well managed.By using the maximum degree of membership the thermal power plant,belongs to a good level of safety.By application of weighted average,the thermal power plants gets the final score of 91.42.Through quantitative fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the thermal power plant,the thermal power plant safety is more comprehensibly and objectively understood,which also has a great significance to the long-term development of the thermal power plant.Moreover,it provides a significant reference method for different power plant to compare.
