用废电池生产微肥的研究

摘    要:介绍用废电池生产复合微肥的方法,其工艺流程是将破碎后的废电池进行水洗,滤出可溶盐,再将不溶物进行焙烧、酸解,最后浓缩、混配成微肥。论述了反应酸浓度、液固比、焙烧温度对实验的影响,确定了最佳实验条件为:液固质量比3:1,硫酸浓度35%,焙烧温度510℃。依据最佳实验条件,制出含有多种微量元素的复合微肥。

Abstract:Abstract : Introduces production method of compound micro - fertilizer from waste battery. Process diagram is outlined. Fragments of crashed waste battery is scrubbed by water, soluble is filtered out and insolubles is roasted, acidolysised and finally concentrated and mixed to micro - fertilizer. The influence of reaction acid concentration, liquid solid ratio and roaste temperature to experimental result are discussed and best experiment condition of liquid solid ratio 3 :1, suphuric acid concentration 35% and roast temperature 510 C is deter-mined . Compound micro - fertilizer with mutiple micro - elements can thus be made.
