摘    要:辽宁省的淡水资源问题包括水资源短缺、水质的不达标和地区间水分配的不均衡3大矛盾,鸭绿江东水西调是解决这些问题的基本途径。鸭绿江年径流量达到2.67×1010m3,相当于我国目前南水北调一期工程的调水量的1.5倍,可以满足调水要求。鸭绿江是一条的水碧流清的河流,其水质与南水北调工程到达华北的水相比,可以称之为“矿泉水”。鸭绿江的东水西调3个取水口以太平湾水库取水口最为合适。调水线路流经的城镇可以直接将自来水厂的取水口与调水线路相连,形成辽宁省最大的“自来水管网”。各地原有的水资源不再作为生活用水,而作为工业用水和农业用水,实现水资源的优质优用。

Abstract:Liaoning province is perplexing with shortage,low quality and unbalanced distribution of its fresh water resource.Water transmission of the Yalu River from east to west is a basic way to resolve these problems.The annual flow of the Yalu River reaches 2.67×1010 m3,1.5 times as much as the amount of water transmission of the first-stage in the south-to-north water transmission project in China. Besides,compared with the water in north China of the project above,the water quality in the Yalu River can be regarded as "mineral water".Among the three possible water intakes,Taipingwan is the best one.By connection of water intakes of waterworks with water transmission pipelines at passing towns and cities,the largest tap water network of the province can be set up.If such a project would be accomplished,original water resources in cities might be used to supply water for industrial and irrigation uses instead of domestic uses and thus the effective utilization of water resources in Liaoning province could be achieved.
