| 摘 要： | 红外热成像技术是一种新型的无损检测技术,具有许多优点.对红外热成像技术和热像仪的构造、功能及测试方法进行了介绍.同时通过物体表而辐射、物体内部热耗散、红外热扫描、红外辐射应力分析技术(SPATE)等几个方面就红外热成像技术在化工设备中的虚用及发展前景进行了分析和介绍.
