摘    要:以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮为分散剂、对氯甲基苯乙烯(CMSt)为功能单体,在醇-水混合溶剂(V(乙醇)∶V(水)=9)中经分散聚合制备了表面带有适量氯原子、粒径均匀的交联聚苯乙烯微球(简称交联微球),并考察了聚合反应条件对交联微球的粒径分布及形态的影响。实验结果表明,在CMSt的浓度为0~0.26mol/L、引发剂的浓度为2~16 mmol/L的条件下,可将交联微球的平均流体动力学半径控制在180~530 nm范围内。激光光散射和扫描电子显微镜对交联微球的粒径及其形态的测定结果表明,所得交联微球的形态规整,具有较好的单分散性;X射线光电子能谱对交联微球表面的组分测定结果表明,改变CMSt的用量和控制合适的聚合反应条件,可成功地将氯原子导入微球表面;当c(苯乙烯)=0.14 mol/L,c(CMSt)=0.26 mol/L时,交联微球表面CMSt的摩尔分数为13%。

Abstract:Monodispersed crosslinked polystyrene microspheres with suitable amount of chlorine atoms on surface were prepared in ethanol-water(V(ethanol) ∶V(water)=9)medium with polyvinylpyrrolidone as stabilizer,divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent and p-chrolomethylstyrene(CMSt)as functional monomer.Particle diameter and morphology of obtained crosslinked polystyrene microspheres were characterized by means of laser lighter scattering(LLS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The crosslinked polystyrene microspheres with uniform morphology and average fluid dynamics radius within range of 180—530nm,could be obtained when added amount of CMSt was between 0—(0.26)mol/L and concentration of 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)was between 2—16mmol/L.Content of chlorine atoms on surface of crosslinked polystyrene microspheres was determined by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Chlorine atoms could be assembled successfully onto surface of microspheres by adjusting CMSt amount and controlling reaction conditions.Mole fraction of CMSt on surface of crosslinked polystyrene microsphere was 13% when(c(styrene)=)0.14mol/L,c(CMSt)=0.26mol/L.
