| 摘 要： | 举世瞩目的三峡工程，是集防洪、发电、航运和供水四大效益为一体的一项巨系统工程。它不仅仅是水利枢纽工程，而且是一项社会工程和文化工程。它涉及众多学科的研究领域和技术方法，跨越超常规的时空界限，以其前所未有的宏大规模和操作难度摆在中国人面前。本文试图从城市规划和建筑学科的角度出发，提出人居环境学的理论及其研究方法，从三峡大区域综合开发的高度和深度，讨论工程实施建设与人居环境学的关系，以及三峡工程大地区乃至长江流域的生产、生活与生态环境的可持续发展等问题。提出和发现存在的问题以引起人们的关注和思考，探讨解决的方法。

| Abstract: | The Three Gorges Project is a gigantic system engineering incorporating the four strong functions of flood control. electric power, shipping and water supply.This article has attempted to proceed from the subjects of urban planning and architecture,and put forward the theories and methods of environmental science for human settlement.The relationship between the project's construction and the environmental science for human settlement,viewed highly from the regional comprehensive development of the Three Gorges, and the issues of sustainable development of production, living and ecological environmet in the great Sanxia region and the Changjiang river basin have been discussed. |
