| Abstract: | Achievements have been made in modernization of end canal system of Shijin Irrigation District and pilot project construction for implementing reform of water pricing system. The economic, social and ecological benefits due to the reform are evaluated put forward consideration of speeding up engineering renovation and agricultural water price reform. |
