| 摘 要： | 采用改进矩阵计算法,研究微量Al,Fe混和试样的同时分光光度测定。讨论了计算原理,确定了Al-CAS-CTMAB及Fe-CAS-CTMAB显色反应的最佳条件,提出了根据试样组分数,确定所选测定波长数及配制混合标样数的原则,并选择了最佳波长,对六个含1-5μg/25mL Al+Fe混合试样,进行了42次测定,相对误差和相对标准偏差一般在1-5%,结果满意。

| Abstract: | Simultaneous determination of multi-xomponent by Cpectrophotometry is stu-died with the did of a modified matrix algorithm. The optimal conditions for the chromo-reaction of Al-CAS-CTMAB and Fe-CAS-CTMAB are detemined. 42 deter-minations are made for six samples containing 1~ 5 tig/ 25mL of Al+Fe, and the results are satisfactory with the relative standard deviations of 1 ~ 5%. |
