摘    要:在粉末磷脂的生产工艺中,浓缩前进行毛油过滤与油脚离心分离的操作,浓缩后浸洗前进行一次烘干除水以及浓缩烘干工段注意真空度与温度的控制,对粉末磷脂的质量怀得率影响很大。

Abstract:In the production of powdered phosphatide,crude oil is filtered and oil residual is centrifugal separated before concentration processing.After concentration and before washing,the product is dried.The vacuum degree and temperature in concentration and drying ought to be controlled carefully due to their notable impact on the quality and the output of powdered phosphatide.
