| 摘 要： | 以就业为导向，培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和数以千万计的高级专门人才的准确定位和办学方向是职业教育的本质特征，是办好职业教育的前提。职业教育直接为学生从事某种职业服务，直接为就业服务，这是社会赋予职业教育的功能，也是职业教育存在的理由。坚持以就业为导向，是职业教育最基本性的特色。

| Abstract: | Employment-orientation,which is the accurate positioning and the direction to run a school for training hundreds of millions of high quality labors and tens of millions of highly qualified people with professional skill,is the nature of vocational education.Vocational education directly serves the students' employment,which is both the function entrusted by society and the reason for vocational education existence.Sticking to employment-orientation is the most essential characteristic of vocational education. |
